YOU control if you SUCCEED or FAIL!!
We are 2 days over the half way point of our Abs In April.
Take a picture of your have way progression for your records. If you are on the
right track and making progress that is great, step it up one more notch. If
you haven’t seen any results or have not been going as hard as you think you
should. You still have 13 days to make a change. You must realize, May 1st is coming and you can’t control or change that. The only thing you can control
is that you made a goal at the beginning of April, and if you feel you have not
done enough thus far, you can change what you’re going do for the next 13 days.
Realize that YOU control your body, YOU control your mind, YOU control what you
eat, YOU control how much you workout. Therefore YOU control the results of
your goals whether that means YOU SUCCEED! with your Abs In April, or YOU FAIL!
It’s never too late, YOU have 13 days still left in April. Where will you stand
when May 1st comes?SUCCESS or FAILURE?
