You thought Abs In April was the start and end of it?!?! Nooooooo! Muscles in May are here people. Last month we worked out core which is the foundation of our body for posture, balance and control. Now we will build all of the muscles around our core throughout the month of May. So get ready to work your chest, back, arms, legs and core!! All I  ask is that you give it your all, you have nothing to lose here but some body fat, which is what we are going for since summer is around the corner. SO GO ALL OUT!!
